Life Skills Retreats
Life skills retreats are a series of life changing classes given by Gayle Tracey to help you develop the tools needed to solve your own problems. Retreats will be 2 nights and 3 days long, in the peaceful and serene setting of Elmwood Gardens. A major part of this retreat is to "unplug" and step back from the real world and all of its stresses. By removing yourself, you are able to quiet your mind, and absorb the skills that are being taught. You will receive a series of 4 classes, and an initial life coaching session with Gayle while at Elmwood.
The following classes will be featured:
Getting in Touch With Your Emotions - Gayle teaches you how to use Runes, which are an ancient device, to help you contact your own intuition. You will be given a set of Runes, a history of them, and be taught the method to use Runes as a personal problem-solving tool. A variety of Runes are offered due to the student's needs and personal belief systems.
De-cluttering Your Life - This course uses a series of guided meditations and tips on goal setting to help you release mental and physical clutter in your life. By cluttering our lives with emotions and things, we clog ourselves up and don't allow new things to flow into our experiences. This is Gayle's way of helping you "release the old", so that you may "gain the new".
Positive Patterns - Positive patterns is part lecture, part group discussion of current resources available for doing positive affirmations and intentions. The goal of the class is to help students find a way of manifesting positive patterns in their own lives. This takes into account that not all methods work for all people. So, essentially, the goal is to help you discover your own way of developing and setting positive patterns.
Incorporating Your New Skills Into Everyday Life - In this course, we discuss practical ways of using these new skills and tools in everyday living because the key to success involves using the tools you have been given.
